Exeger Announces Additional Investment by SoftBank Group
[Stockholm] Exeger Operations AB (“Exeger”) today announced that SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) has executed another USD 10 million investment into Exeger. The funds will be used to further strengthen Exeger’s organization in preparation for delivery of the first products, which are scheduled for shipment in 2020.

AMF invests SEK 277 million in Exeger that recently signed its first commercial contract with major global brand
Swedish pension company AMF invests SEK 277 million (EUR 26.2 million) in Exeger Sweden AB (Publ), a Swedish solar technology company. Exeger develops and produces novel printable solar cells for use in consumer electronics, smart homes, and other applications. The investment gives AMF a 6% ownership in the company and aims to diversify their portfolio and increase returns for their investors.
The SoftBank Group Enters Strategic Partnership with Exeger and Invests to Accelerate Deployment of Exeger Solar Technology
SoftBank Group Corp. (“SBG”) and Exeger Operations AB (“Exeger”) today announced entry into a definitive agreement under which SBG invests $10 million in Exeger. In a related development, SB Energy Corp. (“SB Energy”), a Japanese subsidiary of SBG, and Exeger entered into a strategic partnership agreement to accelerate the global rollout of the Exeger technology.

Global roll-out update
Today, The Swedish Energy Agency and Minister of Energy of Sweden, Ibrahim Baylan, inaugurate the Shanghai cleantech hub, the second of three hubs aimed at facilitating market entry for a selected number of Swedish companies. EPFL & EXEGER Collaboration
EXEGER Sweden AB (Publ) and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) have just agreed to conduct joint research for the integration of next generation materials in the EXEGER solar cell architecture. The collaboration entails a shift in strategy for EXEGER who have thus far been extremely restrictive in sharing any details about their solar cell.
